CheckMyQuotes provides AI-generated analysis of contractor quotes submitted by users. The service is intended to help UK homeowners make more informed decisions when comparing contractor quotes for building and renovation work.
Nothing produced by CheckMyQuotes constitutes professional construction, surveying, legal or financial advice. Our reports are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational and educational purposes only. CheckMyQuotes Ltd makes no representations or warranties as to the accuracy, completeness or suitability of any analysis.
You should always seek independent professional advice before entering into any contract with a contractor.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CheckMyQuotes Ltd expressly excludes all liability for any loss, damage or expense incurred as a result of reliance on any report or analysis produced by this service. CheckMyQuotes Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or special loss arising from use of or reliance upon this service.
Payment is required before analysis is generated. All prices are shown in GBP and exclude VAT. CheckMyQuotes is not currently VAT registered. By requesting that we begin generating your analysis immediately upon payment, you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 once the analysis has been initiated. We are therefore unable to offer refunds once analysis has begun. If you change your mind before analysis begins please contact us immediately at hello@checkmyquotes.co.uk.
If you experience a technical failure that prevents your report from being delivered, please contact us at hello@checkmyquotes.co.uk and we will investigate and resolve the issue.
By uploading documents to CheckMyQuotes you confirm that you have the right to share those documents with us. You retain ownership of your documents. We use your documents solely to generate your analysis report and do not share them with third parties.

You agree not to misuse the service. This includes but is not limited to: attempting to reverse engineer the service, submitting false or fraudulent documents, using the service for any unlawful purpose, or attempting to circumvent payment.
All content, design and software comprising the CheckMyQuotes service is the intellectual property of CheckMyQuotes Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our express written permission.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will always show the date these Terms were last updated at the top of this page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
