• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card details)
• PDF documents you upload (contractor quotes and architect drawings)
• Usage data such as the type of analysis purchased and date of purchase

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

• Create and manage your account
• Process your payment and deliver your analysis report
• Send you account-related emails such as confirmation and report notifications
• Improve and maintain the CheckMyQuotes service

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your documents for any purpose other than generating your report.

4. Third Party Services

We use the following third party services to operate CheckMyQuotes:

• Supabase — secure database and file storage
• Stripe — payment processing
• Anthropic (Claude) — AI analysis of your documents
• Resend — transactional email delivery

Each of these services operates under their own privacy policies and data protection commitments.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data and reports for as long as your account is active. Uploaded PDF documents are retained for 90 days after upload, after which they are automatically deleted from our storage. Your analysis reports remain accessible in your account until you request deletion. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing hello@checkmyquotes.co.uk. We will action all deletion requests within 30 days.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Request correction of inaccurate data
